Floor factory hall is ready for use again!

The floor of this factory hall was cracked, not flat, not smooth and therefore not tight. Thanks to Quartzline products, the floor is like new again. First, sections of the floor were repaired and then leveled with Quartzline Cementitious SL Underlayment 2-20 mm NF. This leveler ensures a smooth and tight end result, has a short drying time, has excellent flowability and is easy to work with.

After leveling, the floor was overlaid with Quartzline Protect SL-EP2K. This is a seamless heavy-duty flooring system for industrial applications with optional hollow skirting finish. This cast floor system has strong chemical protection and abrasion resistance. The wear resistance can be further enhanced with additional infill material consisting of a black and white speckle (carborundum and molochite), which also brings a beautiful shimmer to the floor.

NEW: Europox Z-speed

Europox Z speed is a solvent-free two-component epoxy primer.
Europox Z speed has excellent adhesion qualities for normal to highly absorbent porous substrates and is the recommended primer for porous cement-bound substrates such as concrete and cement screeds.
Europox Z speed has a very fast drying time of approx. 2 hours (depending on conditions).

The product training continue as usual!

The Quartzline micro-cement product training course has been successfully completed by 123 Betonvloer bv, Studio Reset, Stukadoorsbedrijf Martijn Schipper, Schoonmaak Alliantie Nederland and Dekker Interieurbouw. With their certificate in their pocket, the participants can now make optimum use of the possibilities offered by the Quartzline micro-cement systems and add their own signature! The Chamber of Commerce Entrepreneur Square Rotterdam facilitates meetings and knowledge sharing with the Rotterdam business community. 1,064 m2 of Corques Liquid Lino with a layer thickness of 2.5 mm was applied to the floor of the beautiful building. This product is distinguished by its lasting resilient properties and natural appearance. Corques Liquid Lino does not crack and is available in many colors. Another plus of Corques Liquid Lino is that with a layer thickness of about 3 to 4 mm, it has very good thermal conductivity. This property benefits the efficiency of floor heating.

Quartzline Cem Decorative is a cement-based leveling compound that now flows even better thanks to an improved composition.

The ideal Quartzline PU cast floor in five days

You achieve a modern, sleek PU cast floor in five days with Quartzline Deco UV. Day 1, you start by repairing the floor if necessary. If necessary, use Alpha SL Underlayment 2-20mm for this. Then you use Primer PU BHH to prime the floor. This layer also ensures good adhesion to the subfloor.
