Quartzline Deco Comfort D30 Ultra
Comfort D30 Ultra, from the Deco floor systems series, is a comfortable polyurethane floor with an acoustic underlay. The vibration-damping can be applied as a 100% recycled rubber granulate mat or a layer of Silencio dB self-levelling screed. The noise reduction is 18 decibels (▲Lw, prescribed structure-borne noise in homes). The floor is available with flakes, in concrete look or in unicolour.

For a floor broadcast with flakes or a concrete-look floor?
Choose a topcoat in matt or satin gloss. For extra UV protection, apply a second matt or satin top coat.

For a unicolour floor?
Choose a coloured topcoat: this will stabilise the UV finish. For extra protection against chemicals and a hard-wearing finish, apply a second top coat in matt or satin.

Comfort D30 Ultra is used in offices,  educational facilities, sports and recreation facilities, and many more locations. It’s perfect for wooden floors, hollow-core slabs, sand-cement screeds and in areas where acoustic insulation is required.

Quartzline Silencio DB
Quartzline Silencio dB is a 2-component, solvent-free, self-levelling screed based on an aromatic polyurethane with elastic and vibration-damping properties. Silencio dB is used in rooms where an acoustic underlay is required. Furthermore, this layer makes a great addition to the comfort properties of a Quartzline Deco system, especially in combination with the softer systems like SL-PU UV, SL-PU UV HD and SL-PU D30. Please note: this product is not suitable as an acoustic underlay under a stone carpet. To get the best result, see our technical data sheet (TDS) for application instructions.  

GarantFloors from Almelo was contracted to install a 275 square meter sports floor in a multifunctional sports centre in Almelo. 

The concrete floor was first levelled with Quartzline Cementitious SL Underlayment 2-20mm, making the floor strong and hard-wearing once more.
The customer selected Deco Comfort D30 Ultra floor in the colour RAL7016.

Quartzline product micro-cement and seamless floors training 

To do full justice to our systems and products, we regularly organise workshops/product trainings exclusively for professional flooring installers and finishing companies. After all, correctly installing Quartzline floor and wall systems ensures that the end user will get the very best out of their floor or wall.

On the third Friday of the month we organise a product training for micro-cement, and for seamless floors on the last Friday of the month. These trainings are held in the practice room at our factory in Dordrecht.

During these instructive training sessions, we provide printed material and explanations, with a particular focus on practical exercises with the team. Afterwards, the participants receive a certificate of participation and you can get to work using our products with complete confidence.
