Quartzline PVC Adhesive
Quartzline PVC Adhesive
Quartzline PVC Adhesive is a specially developed flooring adhesive designed to provide strong, durable adhesion of PVC flooring – such as PVC planks, tiles and LVT – to the substrate. Proper bonding prevents the floor from shifting, coming loose or forming bubbles.
Apply Quartzline PVC Adhesive using a fine A2 notched trowel to create a thin and even adhesive layer. Place the PVC planks into the adhesive and press them down firmly.
Advantages:

Consumption: approximately 250–350 g/m² with an A2 notched trowel.
Applications:

Application:
Make sure the substrate is level, clean and dry.

Apply the adhesive evenly using a fine A2 notched trowel.

Carefully install the PVC planks and roll the floor afterwards.

Protect the floor from moisture and heavy loads for the first 24 hours.

The machine automatically and securely seals our pallets, replacing the manual process used previously. This not only saves time, but also ensures that every pallet is packaged consistently and securely.
Proper packaging is essential, especially when our products are on their way to customers. By securely sealing our pallets, we provide greater stability during transport and reduce the risk of transport damage.
