The Eurostep PUCEM HF trowel system is an 8-12 mm floor finish consisting of a combination of polyurethane and cement. The PUCEM HF trowel system is frequently used in the industrial sector.
• The PUCEM HF trowel system is wear-resistant and capable of handling heavy loads.
• The broadcast material provides anti-slip properties, ensuring safe walking on wet floors.
• PUCEM HF is liquid-tight and highly resistant to chemicals, oils, and solvents.
• Furthermore, the seamless finish ensures an easy-to-clean surface that is hygienic.
• Extremely heat-resistant and therefore resistant to hot water.
• Can be applied on slopes.
• The PUCEM HF trowel system adheres directly to the substrate and can be applied in a single pass without a primer.

Pay particular attention to this (the manual in a nutshell)!
1. Thoroughly clean and degrease the substrate. Do not apply the product if the floor temperature is below 15° Celsius.
2. The cement haze will be removed by (diamond) sanding or blasting.
3. Pour the A component into a bucket and add the pigment paste.
4. Next, add the entire contents of the B component to the A component and the pigment.
5. Mix for 30 seconds until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
6. Add the filler and mix thoroughly for 1 minute until a lump-free mixture is created.
7. Pour out the mixture and distribute it evenly over the subfloor using a floor trowel. Always pour the entire contents of the bucket at once to prevent a rapid reaction of the material in the bucket.
8. Roll over with a nylon fleece roller to remove the application marks from the trowel.
9. Once the PUCEM HF has been applied, the floor must cure for approximately 10 hours.
