PUCEM TF

1Colors:

The Eurostep PUCEM TF broadcast system is a 4-12 mm floor finish consisting of a combination of polyurethane and cement. The PUCEM TF broadcast system (broadcast material such as quartz sand) is frequently used in the industrial sector.

• The PUCEM TF broadcast system is wear-resistant and capable of handling heavy loads.

• The broadcast material provides anti-slip properties, ensuring safe walking on a wet floor.

• PUCEM TF is liquid-tight and highly resistant to chemicals, oils, and solvents.

• Furthermore, the seamless finish ensures an easy-to-clean surface that is hygienic and meets the strictest food safety standards.

• Extremely heat-resistant and therefore resistant to hot water.

• Rapid build-up of high strength in a short time.

Summary
The PUCEM TF broadcast system is a robust, strong, and decorative floor that is capable of handling heavy loads and is easy to clean. Suitable for industries such as factories, garages, and workshops.

• For the technical description, see: TDS

• Follow the manual for optimal application of the PUCEM TF broadcast system.

Pay particular attention to this (the manual in a nutshell)!

1. Thoroughly clean and degrease the substrate. Do not apply the product if the floor temperature is below 15° Celsius.

2. Cement haze will be removed by (diamond) sanding or blasting.

3. Pour the A component into a bucket and add the pigment paste.

4. Next, add the entire contents of the B component to the A component and the pigment.

5. Mix for 30 seconds until a homogeneous mixture is formed.

6. Add the filler and mix thoroughly for 1 minute until a lump-free mixture is created.

7. Pour out the mixture and distribute it evenly over the subfloor using notched strip 28 cm, 4700-280-S10. Let it settle for about ten minutes before starting to broadcast. Always pour the entire contents of the bucket at once to prevent a rapid reaction of material in the bucket.

8. Depending on the desired anti-slip level, broadcast fully and thoroughly with 0.4 - 0.8 mm or 0.8 - 1.2 mm quartz.

9. Once the PUCEM TF has been applied, the floor must cure for approximately 10 hours.

10. Remove excess quartz from the floor and, if necessary, sand with a rotary parquet sander. ALWAYS finish the floor with PUCEM L.
