Cast floor PU D70 is a two-component, solvent-free, pigmented, self-leveling cast floor based on an aromatic polyurethane with tough-elastic properties.

A Quartzline cast floor PU D70 is used wherever a hard-elastic, flexible seamless floor is desired.

Ideal on wooden floors, hollow core slabs, sand/cement screeds, and wherever impact noise may be a problem.

Due to its crack-bridging properties, this floor is highly suitable for industrial floors in production areas, storage facilities, and workshops.

For many years, this self-leveling floor has been used in combination with Quartzline Coating PU SG Coloured or PU MG Matt or Satin Gloss.

These combinations have proven wear resistance and hardness. The Coating PU MG is filled with UV absorbers and slows down the discoloration process of the cast floor.

The SL-PU D70 is a discoloring cast floor, but the discoloration level is many times lower than with the SL-PU D60. In contrast, it is nowhere near the excellent level of the aliphatic SL-PU UV.

Partly for this reason, it is recommended to apply a layer of Coating PU SG Coloured to light colors and then apply a layer such as Coating PU MG Matt or Satin Gloss.

Coating PU MG has a very low VOC level and meets the high standards of the German AgBB, the French Class A+, BREEAM, and LEED requirements for clean air.

This flooring system is extremely suitable for being sprinkled with decorative colored flakes or for creating a concrete look.

Use 3% to 5% Quartzline ‘’antislip KFU’’ to obtain an anti-slip layer.
