Polyurethane

Quartzline PU Colorant is a concentrated pigment paste based on organic and inorganic pigments well distributed in a solvent-free polyol. PU Colorant can be used for solvent-free or solvent-based polyurethane products such as cast floor systems, gravel floors and coatings. These pastes have been specially developed for use in Quartzline polyurethane cast floor systems such as SL-PU D60, SL-PU D70, SL-PU D30, SL-PU UV, and so on. All 11 color pastes are made in-house with a three-roll roller and can be mixed together in any ratio for a wide color palette, including almost all RAL and NCS colours, other colors can be made on request. The use of Quartzline PU Colorant guarantees good color accuracy and high color strength. Contains surfactants and dispersants and is therefore compatible with a broad spectrum of materials and hardeners.

Quartzline Coating 1K Coloured is a one-component, water-based, coloured silk gloss topcoat on a polyurethane base. When used over Primer Universal, you get the ideal combination for do-it-yourself floors and easy-to-clean wall paints. The cured coating is very stain and car tyre resistant. However, the varying quality of rubber tyres makes it impossible to give a full guarantee on tyre resistance. The coating is easy to apply and easy to handle. Ideal for garages, workshops, marking paint, light to medium. Intensively used floors and walls that are easy to clean. Use 3% to 5% Quartzline "Antislip KFU" to obtain an anti-slip layer.

A two-component water-based, polyurethane color coating, which is characterized by good UV resistance and good resistance to chalking. Together, this means that it has very good outdoor durability. The adhesion to stone walls is very good and the coating is dirt-repellent and easy to clean.

PU Adhesive is a two-component, solvent-free, polyurethane adhesive for bonding a rubber mat to various kinds of substrates such as wood, concrete, asphalt, etc.

PU Sealcoat is a two-component, solvent-free, polyurethane sealing compound. Very effective for sealing and levelling the Quartzline rubber mat. All pores of the rubber mat must be closed before applying the screed.

To be used for accelerated curing of PU cast floor.

Developed for repairing unevenness under polyurethane screeds, as polyurethane products have no adhesion to polyester plamur.

Silencio dB is a two-component, solvent-free, self-levelling screed based on aromatic polyurethane with elastic and damping properties. Silencio dB is used in areas where a sound-absorbing underlay is required. This layer also contributes to the further comfort properties of a Quartzline SL-PU system, certainly in combination with the softer variants such as SL-PU UV, SL-PU UV HD and SL-PU D30. Note: not suitable as a sound-absorbing layer under a stone carpet.
