Cementitious fibre-reinforced levelling compound for layers of 2 to 20 mm.
Construct Fibre Reinforced Underlayment 2-20 mm F is a self-levelling cementitious mineral casting compound for levelling subfloors such as concrete and cement screeds in layer thicknesses of 2-20 mm. Thanks to its constructive properties, this fibre-reinforced levelling compound is recommended for poor subfloors. This levelling compound has low shrinkage and tension properties, hardens quickly and can be pumped mechanically. Hardening takes place through both the hydration of the mineral binders and the film formation of polymers. The floor can be walked on after three hours. Application: for poor subfloors under tiles, carpets, parquet and Quartzline floor systems.
System explanation
The primer for floors, such as cement screeds, anhydrite floors, cement-bound levelling compounds, gypsum levelling compounds, must penetrate deep into the subfloor. Do this by diluting the Primer Universal with water in the mixing ratio 1 part primer with 3 parts water. For a closed substrate such as a tiled floor, start directly with Primer Universal without diluting.
It is essential to apply sufficient primer. This prevents cracks and too fast drying of the levelling mortar.
