Hybrid fast-curing levelling compound for layer thicknesses from 2 to 20 mm.
CONSTRUCT Hybrid Fast SL 2–20 is a fast-curing levelling system designed to create a smooth, even substrate in layer thicknesses from 2 to 20 mm. It provides an ideal base for various floor finishes such as Quartzline flooring systems, tiles, floor coverings, and parquet. Suitable for indoor applications on anhydrite, concrete, sand-cement, tiled, and wooden substrates.
Hybrid Fast SL 2–20 is low in shrinkage and stress and easy to sand after hardening. Thanks to its very rapid curing, the floor can be covered after approximately 6 hours. Suitable for use with underfloor heating and in wet areas. Not suitable for industrial applications.
SYSTEM DESCRIPTION
Moisture barrier primer:
For concrete and sand-cement substrates, a maximum residual moisture content of 2.5% CM applies. For residual moisture levels up to 6% CM, apply two coats of Quartzline Primer DPM as a moisture barrier, followed by one coat of Quartzline Primer GP. For anhydrite substrates, a maximum residual moisture content of 0.5% CM applies and a moisture barrier cannot be used.
Primer:
Use Primer GP for non-porous substrates and Primer Universal for porous substrates, diluted at a ratio of 1 part primer to 3 parts water.
Levelling layer:
Hybrid Fast SL 2–20 can be applied in layer thicknesses from 2 to 20 mm.
