PMMA TF
The methylmethacrylate (MMA) flooring system in combination with coloured quartz is renowned for its exceptional mechanical strength, ensuring a long-lasting and durable floor that can withstand the demanding conditions of various environments.

Your floor
The floor is composed of a polymethyl methacrylate resin that can be processed with and without a crack bridging membrane. Despite the short curing time, the PMMA is easy to work with.
The result is a floor that can last for years and above all is hygienic, anti-slip and enormously wear-resistant.
The neutral colors are available in the QMI mixes, 30 standard colors.
Consult the QMI sample book for examples and colors.

System explanation:
The system consists of an optional crack bridging membrane to be processed.
Always start with the primer Plex 1120, apply it with the tooth strip 4700-280 B2 or with the coat roller. Sprinkle the wet primer with fire-dried quartz.
If you apply the primer with a roller or trowel you run the risk of not applying the primer thick enough. As a result, the primer may not cure properly.
Optionally, you lay the membrane Plex 1450. You then apply the fiberglass cloth into the still wet membrane. Once you have applied the cloth, apply another layer of Plex 1450. Stop at dilatations to keep floor fields/gallery sections separated so they can work independently.
Apply the Plex 1510 with tooth strip 4676-000-S2 so you apply the correct layer thickness. When applying the construction layer, keep the tooth strip holder upright and check regularly that the teeth of the tooth strip have not worn off!
Allow the product to flow before you begin sprinkling. Always pour the entire contents of the
bucket at one time to avoid rapid reaction of material in the bucket.
Sprinkle the construction layer with mortar 0.4mm - 0.8mm until you no longer see any wet spots.
Ensure adequate ventilation during application!
The next layer is the topcoat Plex 1690. The degree of anti-slip depends on the finish. Heavy antiskid R12 Wipe 250 g/m2, antiskid R11 Chip 600 g/m2. Light antiskid R10 2x Wissen 780 g/m2.
