Durable, anti-slip (R11) flooring system based on epoxy.

Europark is an anti-slip (R11) flooring system for parking garages and parking decks, based on epoxy and, depending on the application, finished with epoxy, polyaspartic or MMA. The system is highly load-bearing, resistant to car tyres and chemicals, waterproof and easy to clean.

Thanks to the variation in finishing, the system can be optimally adapted to its environment: excellent UV resistance for outdoor applications, maximum resistance to tyre marks on intermediate decks, and moisture resistance for underground parking garages. The floor is durable, aesthetic and available in a wide range of colours.

SYSTEM DESCRIPTION:

Primer:
The choice of primer depends on the substrate and application.
Quartzline Primer BHH is used on porous substrates. On closed substrates, the primer can in some cases be omitted and the system can start directly with the scratch coat. For underground applications with moisture exposure, a moisture barrier / anti-osmosis primer is applied.

Scratch coat:
The scratch coat is applied to level and seal the substrate. This layer is fully broadcast with 0.4–0.8 mm natural quartz for optimal adhesion and anti-slip properties.

Topcoat:
The finish depends on the application:

Polyaspartic → UV-resistant and suitable for odour-sensitive environments (top deck)
MMA → highly UV-resistant with rapid curing (top deck)
Epoxy coating (EPG) → highly pigmented, extremely resistant to tyre marks and chemicals (intermediate deck and basement)

For basement applications, an OS8 epoxy system can be used to minimise yellowing.
