Fast-curing, anti-slip (R11) flooring system based on PMMA.

Europark PMMA is an anti-slip (R11) flooring system for parking garages and parking decks based on PMMA. The system cures very quickly, so the floor can be put back into use within a short time. The floor is highly load-bearing, resistant to car tyres and chemicals, waterproof, UV-resistant, satin matt and easy to clean. Available in all RAL and NCS colours.

Europark PMMA has three applications:

Basement – OS 8 (3 mm) → for underground parking garages, with an anti-osmosis primer against rising damp.
Intermediate/top deck – OS 10 (4.5–6.5 mm) → with a crack-bridging membrane and fleece reinforcement, for decks with an increased risk of cracking.
Intermediate/top deck – OS 11 (4.5–6.5 mm) → with a crack-bridging membrane, without fleece.

SYSTEM DESCRIPTION:

Primer:
Plex 1120 is the standard primer and also acts as an anti-osmosis primer in basements. On asphalt, the flexible asphalt primer Plex 1110 is used. The primer is lightly broadcast with 0.8–1.4 mm natural quartz.

Membrane (OS 10 and OS 11):
The crack-bridging membrane Plex 1350 absorbs movements and cracks in the substrate. With OS 10, a fleece is embedded for extra crack bridging.

Intermediate layer:
The self-levelling intermediate layer Plex 1520 with Plex Filler is fully broadcast with natural quartz (0.4–0.8 or 0.8–1.4 mm) for its anti-slip properties.

Topcoat:
The floor is finished with the highly pigmented coating Plex 1690 coloured.

Catalyst:
All PMMA layers are cured with catalyst Plex 192. The required quantity is calculated automatically.
