Intermediate deck / top deck system based on PMMA with enhanced crack-bridging properties.

Europark is an anti-slip (R11) flooring system used for intermediate decks and top decks with increased risk of cracking. Satin finish, durable, aesthetic, resistant to heavy loads, chemical resistant, waterproof, resistant to car tyres, easy to clean, UV resistant and available in all RAL colours.

System description

For intermediate decks and top decks the standard primer Plex 1120 is recommended. On asphalt, the flexible asphalt primer Plex 1110 is used.

The primer is lightly broadcast with natural quartz 0.8–1.4 mm.
Afterwards the crack-bridging membrane Plex 1310 is applied together with fleece (according to OS10). When the risk of cracking is lower, the fleece can be omitted.

Then the intermediate layer with filler is applied and broadcast with natural quartz, followed by a highly pigmented topcoat Plex 1690 coloured.
