SL-PU UV HD is an aliphatic two-component, solvent-free, pigmented, self-leveling cast floor based on an aliphatic polyurethane with tough-elastic properties.

A Quartzline SL-PU UV HD is used where an elastic, flexible, and comfortable seamless floor is desired.

Ideal for aesthetic applications in homes and commercial applications such as shops and offices.

This cast floor system is used in combination with Quartzline Coating PU SG NF Satin Gloss or Coating PU SG NF Matt.

These combinations are known for their excellent wear resistance and hardness.

Use 3% to 5% Quartzline “Antislip KFU” to achieve an anti-slip layer.

This floor system is extremely suitable for being sprinkled with decorative colored flakes or for creating a concrete look. The SL-PU UV HD is a modified variant of the standard aliphatic polyurethane cast floor. This further development provides higher strength and elasticity than the standard variant, while care has been taken to keep the Shore hardness at a still comfortable 50. As a result, the floor does not feel too hard and still retains one of its most important properties, namely its soft and elastic feel.
