SL-PU D60 is a 2-component, solvent-free, pigmented, self-levelling screed based on an aromatic polyurethane with tough-elastic properties. Quartzline SL-PU D60 is used where a hard elastic, flexible seamless floor is required. Ideal on wooden floors, hollow core slab floors, sand/cement screeds and wherever impact sound can be a problem. Applicable in homes, offices, hospitals, schools, shops, museums. Suitable for light to medium industrial loads. This floor has been used for many years in combination with Quartzline Coating PU SG Coloured. This well-known combination excels in wear resistance and hardness, but also as an aliphatic UV-resistant coloured topcoat on the discoloured SL-PU D60. The coating has a very low VOC level and therefore meets the high standards of the German AgBB. Ideal for public areas such as laboratories, offices, corridors, canteens, schools, hospitals, showrooms, museums, town halls, etc. A characteristic of the smooth coating is that it has bacteriostatic properties, which means that micro-organisms cannot multiply on the PU SG Coloured coating. For this reason, this combination is often used in hospitals and laboratories. Use 3% to 5% Quartzline ''antislip KFU'' to obtain an antislip layer.

SL-PU D30 is a 2-component, solvent-free, pigmented, self-levelling self-levelling screed based on an aromatic polyurethane with tough elastic properties. SL-PU D30 is used in areas where a seamless, flexible, elastic and comfortable floor is required. Ideal on wooden floors, hollow core slabs, sand/cement screeds and areas where sound attenuation is required. Perfect for homes, offices, schools, hospitals, shops, museums/art galleries. For additional comfort and soundproofing, the SL-PU D30 can be applied in combination with a rubber mat system. This flooring system is ideally suited to be sprinkled with decorative coloured flakes. For many years, this floor has been used in combination with Quartzline Coating PU SG. These combinations are proven to be wear-resistant and hard, but also flexible. These topcoats are filled with UV absorbers and slow down the discolouration process of the cast floor.

Cast floor PU D70 is a two-component, solvent-free, pigmented, self-levelling casting floor based on an aromatic polyurethane with tough-elastic properties. A Quartzline cast floor PU D70 is applied where a hard elastic, flexible seamless floor is required. Ideal on wooden floors, hollow-core slabs, sand/cement screeds and wherever impact sound can be a problem. Due to its crack-bridging properties, this floor is very suitable for industrial floors in production areas, warehouses and workshops. For many years, this self-levelling floor has been used in combination with Quartzline Coating PU SG Coloured or PU MG Matt or Satin Gloss. These combinations have proven to be wear-resistant and hard. The Coating PU MG is filled with UV absorbers and slows down the discolouration process of the self-levelling floor. SL-PU D70 is a discoloured floor, but the level of discolouration is much lower than with SL-PU D60. On the other hand, it is far from the excellent level of the aliphatic SL-PU UV. Partly for this reason, we recommend applying a layer of Coating PU SG Coloured and then apply a coat such as Coating PU MG Matt or Satin Gloss. Coating PU MG has a very low VOC level and meets the high standards of the German AgBB, the French Class A+, BREEAM and LEED demands for clean air. This floor system is extremely suitable for sprinkling with decorative coloured flakes or for creating a concrete look. Use 3% to 5% Quartzline ''antislip KFU'' to obtain an antiskid layer.

SL-PU UV NF is an aliphatic two component, solvent-free, pigmented, self-leveling casting floor based on an aliphatic polyurethane with tough elastic properties. A Quartzline SL-PU UV NF is used where an elastic, flexible and comfortable seamless floor is desired. Ideal for aesthetic applications in homes and commercial applications such as stores and offices. For many years, this cast floor system has been used in combination with Quartzline Coating PU SG NF matt or Coating PU SG NF Satin Gloss. These combinations are known for their outstanding wear resistance and hardness. Use 3% to 5% Quartzline ''anti-slip KFU'' to obtain an anti-slip layer. This flooring system is ideally suited to be sprinkled with decorative colored flakes or to create a concrete look. However, thanks to the thin hardener, this flooring system is easier to process. The thin hardener proves its usefulness especially at low temperatures. The floor remains easy to process even under cold conditions.
